roof styles: Regular, Boxed Eave, and Vertical Roof. Every building is a single-truss structure with no
interior posts blocking the middle bay, built with galvanized 14-gauge (12-gauge optional) steel
framing and 9 ft. walls standard (up to 14 ft. optional), and includes free delivery,
professional installation, two 10 ft. x 8 ft. roll-up doors, and all anchors. Standard

These are our widest fully enclosed steel garages and metal buildings, sized for three
vehicles, a boat plus a truck, or large equipment. Choose a roof style below to see current pricing,
available lengths, and wall heights.
Regular Style and Boxed Eave Style triple wide buildings run up to 31 feet long. For anything longer, our
Vertical Roof Style triple wide buildings
are the only option that runs further — up to 101 feet long — because the
vertical panels carry water, snow, and debris off the sides instead of down a long roof run. This makes
Vertical Roof Style the best choice for long workshops, multi-bay garages, and equipment storage that
won't fit under a shorter structure. Clear-span certified metal structures up to
60' wide and 301' long are available in most states — call for a quote.

Triple wide metal building prices are driven by six things: width, length, wall height, roof
style, gauge of steel, and windows/doors. A 26' × 21' Regular Style building is our
entry-level triple wide; a long Vertical Roof building with extra wall height and additional roll-up doors
sits at the top of the range. Every price already includes two 10' x 8' roll-up doors and all anchors.
Because pricing and certification requirements change by state, live prices are shown on each style page
— select a roof style above, then choose your state to see the exact delivered and installed price.
Keep standard 9' walls unless you need extra drive-in clearance.
Stay at or below 31' long to avoid a Vertical Roof upgrade.
Order windows and extra roll-up doors now instead of retrofitting later.
Metal Building Options & Upgrades
Extended wall heights up to 14' for extra drive-in or walk-in clearance.
Windows and/or walk-in doors for easy access or natural light.
Different size roll-up doors or placement — custom design your building as needed.
12-gauge steel frame upgrade from the standard 14-gauge for higher snow loads.
14 color choices for roof, walls, and trim.
Higher wind and snow ratings to satisfy local building codes.
We also build fully custom configurations — different roll-up door sizes and placements, lean-tos,
and non-standard widths and lengths. See our
Metal Carport & Building FAQ
for specifications and site-prep instructions.
Standard certification on our triple wide metal buildings is 140 MPH wind / 25 PSF snow
load, with upgrades available to 170 MPH / 65 PSF for coastal, high-wind, and
heavy-snow regions. All anchors are included: certification is based on installation on an existing
concrete slab with a proper footing, or on the use of the included helical anchors on a suitable ground or
asphalt surface. Certified engineered drawings are available when your county requires them for a building
permit — just tell us your job-site address when you order. Generic prints are available in most
areas at no charge. Some areas require plans that are not free; paid plans are completed by the engineering
team and price will vary.
Financing & Rent-To-Own Metal Buildings
We have partnered with major lenders to offer carport and metal building financing
with fast online approval. Landowners and homeowners can also
rent to own any metal building or garage —
contact us for terms.
Ordering requires a deposit of no more than 20%; in most cases the balance is due after
installation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and debit cards.
Triple Wide Metal Building FAQs
What's the difference between Regular, Boxed Eave, and Vertical Roof triple wide buildings?
Regular Style has rounded barn-style corners with horizontal roof panels and is the most economical
option. Boxed Eave Style has an A-frame roof line that looks more like a house. Both run up to 31'
long. Vertical Roof Style has panels running from the peak down to the eaves, making it the strongest
style and the only one available past 31' — up to 101' long.
How wide and long can a triple wide metal building be?
Triple wide buildings come in 26', 28', and 30' widths. Regular and Boxed Eave Style run up to 31'
long, and Vertical Roof Style runs up to 101' long. For narrower buildings, see our 12' to 24' wide
range; for wider structures, clear-span buildings up to 60' wide and 301' long are available in most
states.
Do triple wide metal buildings include roll-up doors?
Yes. Every triple wide building includes two 10' x 8' roll-up doors as standard. Windows, walk-in
doors, and additional or differently sized roll-up doors can be added and positioned to fit your needs
when you order.
Are anchors included with a triple wide metal building?
Yes — all anchors are included at this size. On an existing concrete slab with a proper
footing, the building is anchored with rebar or concrete anchors; on a suitable ground or asphalt
surface, the included helical anchors are used to meet certification requirements. Let us know your
site conditions when you order.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes. The listed price includes free delivery, installation, two 10' x 8' roll-up doors, and
anchoring within our service area. Local sales tax applies and warranty terms vary by manufacturer and
region.
Do I need a permit for a metal building?
Permit requirements are set by your city or county, not by us. We can supply certified engineered
drawings for your wind and snow zone when your building department requires them.
Can I finance my metal building?
Yes — we've partnered with major lenders to offer financing, and rent-to-own is available to
land and homeowners in select states.
