Standard certification is 140 MPH wind / 25 PSF snow load, with upgrades available to 170 MPH / 65 PSF for high-wind and heavy-snow areas. Certification is based on installation over concrete with a proper footing, or on the use of optional ground installation anchors into a suitable surface. Certified engineered drawings are available when your county requires them for a building permit — just tell us your job-site address when you order. Generic prints are available in most areas at no charge. Some areas require plans that are not free; paid plans are completed by the engineering team and price will vary.
