Special Orders, Down Payments & Refunds

Every structure we sell is a custom-built special order, manufactured to your size, style, and options. All sales are final. Down payments are non-refundable for any reason once your order is placed and the down payment is processed — no refunds, no exceptions. The down payment serves as the restocking fee on your custom order; that is why it is collected. Installation delays do happen from time to time and do not qualify an order for a refund.

Please complete all of your due diligence and due process — measurements, permits, covenant or HOA checks, and site planning — before you place your order. If you have any questions or concerns, call us first at 1-800-324-5315 before you order.

Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Only a small portion of the sales price — and no sales tax — is required to place your order. In most cases, the balance of the sales price, plus the sales tax, is paid only when the work has been completed and your structure has been installed. Delivery and installation should take place within 2 to 6 weeks from the time of order in almost all cases.

Site Preparation & Installation Requirements

In order to provide you with affordable products and free installation, site preparation and building permits are the responsibility of the customer and must be completed before installation is attempted. Before your crew arrives, please make sure that:

• Your installation site is as flat, level, and square a surface as possible. If the site is not level and square, the structure will have to be installed "as is."
• The area for construction is clear of any obstructions and accessible to the crew and delivery equipment.
• Anchoring is possible: we cannot anchor into solid rock. Unless the structure is anchored on concrete, the anchors must be able to go into the ground.
• You are available when the crew is ready — someone must be on site at the scheduled installation.

We do not build over any existing structure without signed damage waivers and additional labor fees. If you have any concerns about your site, call 1-800-324-5315 before you order.

Permits & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for any local permits, covenant searches, rights of way, set-back restrictions, site preparation, city or county ordinances, and any similar local requirements.

If your credit card has already been charged for the down payment and your order is canceled for this reason, Metal Carport Depot, LLC shall issue an immediate refund to your credit card account for the full amount of your down payment.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Metal Carport Depot, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
