includes free delivery and professional
installation. Available from 26 ft. to 30 ft. wide and 21 ft. to 31 ft. long, on 9 ft.
walls standard (up to 14 ft. optional). Every unit comes standard with two 10 ft. x 8 ft. roll-up
doors. Standard certification is 140 MPH / 25 PSF, with options up to 170 MPH / 65 PSF. Built
from 14-gauge galvanized steel framing and anchored with concrete or helical/asphalt anchors.
Add windows, walk-in doors, and custom door sizing or placement, with financing available for
qualifying customers.
Regular Style Triple Wide Metal Buildings For Sale — 26 Ft. To 30 Ft. Wide
Regular Style triple wide metal buildings — classic barn-style, fully enclosed, with a
horizontal roof — are available from 26 ft. to 30 ft. wide and 21 ft. to 31 ft. long.
These standard sizes cover most customers' needs and save time and money. Custom sizes
between these dimensions can be built and are priced the same as the next size up — a
26′6″ wide unit is priced the same as a 28′ wide unit, and a 28′ long unit is priced the
same as a 31′ long unit.
Price includes: certification package, 9′ walls, two 10′ x 8′ roll-up doors, 14-gauge
frame, concrete or helical/asphalt anchors, all legs and bows set 5′ on center, all
required leg bracing, and one center brace on every bow. Wall height up to 14′ is
available for extra clearance, and windows, walk-in doors, and custom roll-up door sizes
or placement on the side can be added while ordering.
Clear span certified metal structures up to 60′ wide and 301′ long are available in most states.
Service Area
Free delivery and installation is included in most areas of the states listed within the
factory service area. Pricing is available for customers located in Alabama, Arkansas,
Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi,
Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Not all areas within these states are included in the service area
— contact us to confirm availability in your location.
Many cities and counties require building certification. Certification is based
on installation on an existing concrete slab with a proper footing, or on the
use of included helical anchors for installation on a suitable surface on ground
or asphalt. Free generic engineering plans are available after purchase in most
states we service. Site-specific plans or wet-seal prints carry an additional
charge where generic plans aren't available, and all paid plans are released
only after the order and payment are received. Higher wind speed and/or snow
load certification is available in most states for an additional charge.
Certification and warranties vary by manufacturer.
Financing is available with approved credit. Financing and rent-to-own options are not
available in all states — call for details.
Delivery & Installation Process
Once your order is placed, the factory schedules delivery directly to your
property. A local installation crew sets the frame, secures all legs and bows,
encloses the walls and roof, installs your roll-up doors, and anchors the
structure to your slab or ground surface according to your certification
requirements. Given the wider triple-wide span and full enclosure, installations
may take longer than a standard single-wide open carport, weather permitting.
Before the crew arrives, make sure the installation site is level and clear of
vehicles, debris, and overhead obstructions. If you're installing on ground or
asphalt rather than an existing slab, optional helical anchors will need to be
added to your order ahead of time to meet certification requirements.
