Need to cover three or four vehicles, a fifth-wheel plus a truck, or large farm equipment? Our
triple wide metal carports are single-truss structures with no interior posts blocking
the middle bay, available up to 30 ft. wide. Choose a roof style below to see current pricing, available
lengths, and leg heights.
Regular and Boxed Eave Style triple wide carports are priced here up to 36 feet long. Need a
longer triple wide carport? Our
Vertical Roof Style triple wide carports
are the only option that runs further — up to 101 feet long — because the
vertical panels carry water, snow, and debris off the sides instead of down a long roof run. This makes
Vertical Roof Style the best choice for long RV carports, farm equipment storage, boat storage, and
multi-vehicle coverage that won't fit under a standard 36-foot structure. Clear-span certified metal
structures up to 60' wide and 301' long are available in most states — call for a
quote.

Triple wide carport prices are driven by six things: width, length, leg height, roof style, gauge
of steel, and the wind/snow certification required in your county. A 26' × 21' regular style
triple wide is our entry-level unit; a long vertical roof triple wide with 12-gauge framing and closed
sides sits at the top of the range. Every price already includes delivery, installation, and anchors.
Because pricing and certification requirements change by state, live prices are shown on each style page
— select a roof style above, then choose your state to see the exact delivered and installed price.
Stay at or below 36' long so a vertical roof upgrade is not required.
Keep standard 6' legs unless you need RV or equipment clearance.
Install on level ground with the included anchors instead of pouring a slab.
Order gable ends or side panels now instead of retrofitting later.
Triple Wide Carport Options & Upgrades
Additional leg height up to 16' for RVs, dump trailers, and tractors.
Gable ends for added strength and a finished, home-matching look.
Partial side panels to block blowing rain, sun, and snow.
Ground-to-roof closed walls on one side, both sides, and/or the back end.
12-gauge galvanized steel frame upgrade from the standard 14-gauge for higher snow loads.
26-gauge roof panel upgrade from the standard 29-gauge.
Roll-up garage doors, walk-in doors, and windows when enclosing all or part of the structure.
14 color choices for roof, walls, and trim.
Higher wind and snow ratings to satisfy local building codes.
We also build fully custom configurations — off-center doors, roll-up doors on the sidewall,
lean-tos, and non-standard widths and lengths. See our
Metal Carport FAQ
for specifications, permit information, and site-prep instructions.
Standard certification on our triple wide metal carports is 140 MPH wind / 25 PSF snow
load, with upgrades available to 170 MPH / 65 PSF for coastal, high-wind, and
heavy-snow regions. All anchors are included: certification is based on installation over concrete with a
proper footing, or on the use of the included helical or asphalt anchors into a suitable ground or asphalt
surface. Certified engineered drawings are available when your county requires them for a building permit
— just tell us your job-site address when you order. Generic prints are available in most areas at no
charge. Some areas require plans that are not free; paid plans are completed by the engineering team and
price will vary.

Triple Wide Metal Carport FAQs
What is the difference between a regular, boxed eave, and vertical roof triple wide carport?
A regular style triple wide has rounded barn-style corners with roof panels running horizontally
from front to back, and it is the most economical option. A boxed eave triple wide has an A-frame roof
line that looks more like a house. A vertical roof triple wide has panels running from the peak down to
the eaves plus 18-gauge hat-channel purlins, making it the strongest style and the best choice for
snow, long structures, and RV covers. All three are built on a welded truss system for the wider
triple-wide span.
How wide is a triple wide metal carport?
Triple wide carports come in 26', 28', and 30' widths, built with a single truss so there are no
interior posts blocking the middle bay. If you need a narrower structure, our standard single and
double wide carports run from 12 ft. to 24 ft. wide.
How long can a triple wide metal carport be?
Regular Style and Boxed Eave Style triple wides are priced here from 21' to 36' long. Vertical Roof
Style triple wides are available from 21' to 101' long, and any structure over 36' long must be built
as a Vertical Roof Style for proper strength and water runoff. Custom lengths in between are available
by request and are priced at the next size up.
Do I need a concrete slab for a triple wide carport?
No. A triple wide carport can be installed on level ground, gravel, asphalt, or concrete —
and all anchors are included either way. Concrete gives the strongest anchoring, while the included
helical and asphalt anchors provide certified installation on the appropriate surface. Let us know
your site conditions when you order.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes. The listed price includes free delivery, installation, and anchoring on your level ground or
concrete slab within our service area. If your site needs leveling, that work must be completed before
the crew arrives. Local sales tax applies, and warranty terms vary by manufacturer and region.
Do I need a permit for a triple wide carport?
Permit requirements are set by your city or county, not by us. Many rural areas do not require a
permit for an open carport, while most municipalities do. We can supply certified engineered drawings
for your wind and snow zone when your building department requires them.
Can a triple wide carport be turned into an enclosed garage later?
Yes. All three roof styles use the same base frame system, so sides, ends, walk-in doors, windows,
and roll-up doors can be added later to create a
fully enclosed triple wide metal building.
Ordering the enclosure up front is usually less expensive than retrofitting.
What size triple wide do I need for an RV?
A 30' wide triple wide lets you park an RV plus two vehicles side by side. Most Class A motorhomes
need 14'–16' of leg height and 31'–101' of length, so we recommend the vertical roof style
with raised legs for all RV coverage.
