Boxed Eave Style Metal Carports For Sale — 12 Ft. To 24 Ft. Wide
Boxed eave metal carports — A-frame style, with a horizontal roof — are available
from 12 ft. to 24 ft. wide and 21 ft. to 36 ft. long. These standard sizes cover most customers'
needs and save time and money. Custom sizes between these dimensions can be built and are priced
the same as the next size up — a 10′6″ wide unit is priced the same as a
12′ wide unit, and a 28′ long unit is priced the same as a 31′ long unit.
Price includes: certification package, 6′ legs, 14-gauge frame, rebar or concrete anchors, all
legs and bows set 5′ on center, all required leg bracing, and one center brace on every bow.
Additional leg height is available for extra clearance. Gable ends are also recommended, especially
for carports placed near a home — they add strength and curb appeal. Ends and/or sides can be
closed to the ground, along with other options, during ordering.
Clear span certified metal structures up to 60′ wide and 301′ long are available in most states.

Free delivery and installation is included in most areas of the states listed within the
factory service area. Boxed Eave pricing shown above applies to customers located in
Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana,
Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Not all areas within these
states are included in the service area — contact us to confirm availability in
your location.

Certification & Financing
Many cities and counties require building certification. Certification is based on
installation on an existing concrete slab with a proper footing, or on the use of optional
helical anchors for installation on ground or asphalt — helical anchors are required
for certification in those cases. Free generic engineering plans are available after
purchase in most states we service. Site-specific plans or wet-seal prints carry an
additional charge where generic plans aren't available, and all paid plans are released
only after the order and payment are received. Higher wind speed and/or snow load
certification is available in most states for an additional charge. Certification and
warranties vary by manufacturer.
Financing is available with approved credit. Financing and rent-to-own options are not
available in all states — call for details.
Delivery & Installation Process
Once your order is placed, the factory schedules delivery directly to your property.
A local installation crew sets the frame, secures all legs and bows, and anchors the
structure to your slab or ground surface according to your certification requirements.
Most installations are completed in a single day, weather permitting.
Before the crew arrives, make sure the installation site is level and clear of vehicles,
debris, and overhead obstructions. If you're installing on ground or asphalt rather than
an existing slab, optional helical anchors will need to be added to your order ahead of
time to meet certification requirements.
