walk-in, drive-in clearance. Standard certification is 140 MPH / 25 PSF, with options up to
170 MPH / 65 PSF. Built from 14-gauge galvanized steel framing with 29-gauge wall and roof
panels that resist rust, fading, and fire, and anchored with concrete or rebar anchors depending
on your site. Financing is available for qualifying customers.

Regular Style Fully Enclosed Metal Carports For Sale — 12 Ft. To 24 Ft. Wide
Regular style fully enclosed metal carports — also called steel garages or classic roof
garages, with a horizontal roof — are available from 12 ft. to 24 ft. wide and 21 ft. to
36 ft. long. These standard sizes cover most customers' needs and save time and money.
Custom sizes between these dimensions can be built and are priced the same as the next
size up — a 10′6″ wide unit is priced the same as a 12′ wide unit, and a 28′ long unit
is priced the same as a 31′ long unit.
Price includes: 120 MPH / 25 PSF certification package, 9′ legs (options up to 16′),
14-gauge frame (12-gauge optional), 29-gauge sheet metal (26-gauge optional), rebar or
concrete anchors, all legs and bows set 5′ on center, all required leg bracing, and one
center brace on every bow. Many customers add extra leg height for additional drive-in
or walk-in clearance.
Clear span certified metal structures up to 60′ wide and 301′ long are available in most states.
Service Area
Free delivery and installation is included in most areas of the states listed within the
factory service area. Pricing is available for customers located in Alabama, Arkansas,
Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi,
Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Not all areas within these states are included in the service area
— contact us to confirm availability in your location.

Certification & Financing
Many cities and counties require building certification. Certification is based
on installation on an existing concrete slab with a proper footing, using rebar
or concrete anchors. Free generic engineering plans are available after purchase
in most states we service. Site-specific plans or wet-seal prints carry an
additional charge where generic plans aren't available, and all paid plans are
released only after the order and payment are received. Higher wind speed and/or
snow load certification is available in most states for an additional charge.

Financing is available with approved credit. Financing and rent-to-own options are not
available in all states — call for details.
Delivery & Installation Process
Once your order is placed, the factory schedules delivery directly to your
property. A local installation crew sets the frame, secures all legs and bows,
encloses the walls and roof, and anchors the structure to your slab or ground
surface according to your certification requirements. Most installations are
completed within a day or two, weather permitting.
Before the crew arrives, make sure the installation site is level and clear of
vehicles, debris, and overhead obstructions. An existing concrete slab with a
proper footing is required for anchoring — let us know ahead of time if your
site needs a slab poured before installation can proceed.
