Combo unit prices are driven by five things: width, length, wall height, roof style, and gauge of
steel. A 12' × 26' Regular Style combo is our entry-level unit; a large Vertical Roof combo
with extra wall height and closed sides sits at the top of the range. Because pricing and certification
requirements change by state, live prices are shown on each style page — select a roof style above,
then choose your state to see the exact delivered and installed price.

Certified Combo Units: Wind & Snow Load Ratings
Standard certification on our combo units is 140 MPH wind / 25 PSF snow load, with
upgrades available to 170 MPH / 65 PSF for coastal, high-wind, and heavy-snow regions.
Certification is based on installation on an existing concrete slab with a proper footing, or on the use
of optional helical anchors for installation on ground or asphalt — helical anchors are required for
certification in those cases. Certified engineered drawings are available when your county requires them
for a building permit — just tell us your job-site address when you order.

What's the difference between Regular, Boxed Eave, and Vertical Roof combo units?
Regular Style has a classic barn-style horizontal roof and is the most economical option. Boxed
Eave Style has a taller A-frame roofline that looks more like a house. Vertical Roof Style runs panels
from peak to eaves for the best rain and snow runoff, and it's the only style available past 36' —
up to 101' long.
How much storage space is included?
Every combo unit includes a 10' enclosed storage section built into the structure, in addition to
the open carport area.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes. The listed price includes free delivery, installation, and anchoring on your level ground or
concrete slab within our service area. Local sales tax applies and warranty terms vary by manufacturer
and region.
Do I need a concrete slab for a combo unit?
No. Combo units can be installed on level ground, gravel, asphalt, or concrete. Concrete gives the
strongest anchoring, but optional helical or asphalt anchors are available for ground or asphalt
installation.
Do I need a permit for a combo unit?
Permit requirements are set by your city or county, not by us. We can supply certified engineered
drawings for your wind and snow zone when your building department requires them.
Can I finance my combo unit?
