Our 18 ft. wide Boxed Eave Style metal building is a fully enclosed steel garage
with an A-frame roofline that matches a home, built for two compact cars. Available in 21', 26', and 31'
lengths, with lengths up to 36' available by custom order. Custom lengths in between are built at
no extra cost. Standard certification is 140 MPH /
25 PSF, with options up to 170 MPH / 65 PSF for coastal, high-wind, or heavy-snow regions. Every unit
is built from 14-gauge galvanized steel framing with 9' walls standard (up to 14' optional for true
walk-in, drive-in clearance) — with free delivery and professional installation
included.

18' Wide Boxed Eave Style Metal Buildings — Pricing & Details
Boxed Eave Style buildings are priced here in 21', 26', and 31' lengths — our standard,
pre-priced options for this style. Lengths up to 36' are also available; they're just not priced
as a standard listing here, so call for a custom quote if you need 36' long. Custom lengths in
between the priced options are built at no extra cost and priced the same as the next size up
— for example, a 28' long unit is priced the same as a 31' long unit.
Price includes: certification package, 9′ walls, 14-gauge frame, and rebar or concrete
anchors (optional helical anchors for ground or asphalt installation). Wall height can be raised
up to 14′ for true walk-in or drive-in clearance. Windows, walk-in doors, and roll-up garage
doors can be sized and placed to fit your needs, and 14 color choices are available for the roof,
walls, and trim.
Service Area
Free delivery and installation is included in most areas of the states listed within the
factory service area. Pricing is available for customers located in Alabama, Arkansas,
Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi,
Oklahoma, and Texas. Not all areas within these states are included in the service area
— contact us to confirm availability in your location.

Certification & Financing
Many cities and counties require building certification. Certification is based on
installation on an existing concrete slab with a proper footing, or on the use of optional
helical anchors for installation on ground or asphalt — helical anchors are required
for certification in those cases. Free generic engineering plans are available after
purchase in most states we service. Site-specific plans or wet-seal prints carry an
additional charge where generic plans aren't available, and all paid plans are released
only after the order and payment are received. Higher wind speed and/or snow load
certification is available in most states for an additional charge. Certification and
warranties vary by manufacturer.
Financing is available with approved credit. Financing and rent-to-own options are not
available in all states — call for details.
Delivery & Installation Process
Once your order is placed, the factory schedules delivery directly to your property.
A local installation crew sets and anchors the structure to your slab or ground surface
according to your certification requirements. Most installations are completed in a single
day, weather permitting.
Before the crew arrives, make sure the installation site is level and clear of vehicles,
debris, and overhead obstructions. If you're installing on ground or asphalt rather than
an existing slab, optional helical anchors will need to be added to your order ahead of
time to meet certification requirements.
