**Building certification: Many cities and counties require building certification.
Certification is based on installation on an existing concrete slab with proper footing, or the use of
optional helical anchors on a suitable surface on ground/asphalt.
Helical anchors are required for certification on ground or asphalt.
Free generic engineering plans are available after purchase in most states we service (when available).
Site-specific plans or wet seal prints may be available for an additional charge if generic plans are not available.
Paid plans must be paid in advance before plans are released. The factory must receive your order to release plans.
Higher wind speed and/or higher snow load certification may be available for an additional charge.
Certification and warranties vary by manufacturer.
